Founded by CEO Cana Pham in 2016, UVW Inc. is a relatively young business brokerage.  However, that did not stop the company from leveling the playing field in the market of selling businesses and other niche services.  Take a look at our Client list to assess our success in merely 3 short years.

Ms. Pham brings to the firm 10 years of experience working as Subject Matter Expert (SME) analyst with 3 different agencies of the US Department of Justice, 1 year working as a point-of-sale Vice President of Bank of America Merchant Services, and 1 year of professional training provided by the largest business broker in the US-- Transworld Business Advisors, all to help write a successful story for a very young, yet think-out-of-the-box broker firm.  As the youngest entrepreneur in the family, Ms. Pham sets her determination on working bottom-up, starting with humble professional positions, and finding her own opportunities without family connections or assistance.  Following the footsteps of successful family members, who have built large and small businesses below, the young CEO is never hesitant to leave her comfort zone to venture into the next new thing.  Ms. Pham finds passion and joys in helping as many businesses and people as possible, whether in exiting a business, finding creative solutions to grow and expand their businesses, or reviving a business on a decline.

Under Ms. Pham's leadership, UVW, Inc. has created UMenterprise, LLC. in preparation of launching businesSphere, a newly developed mobile phone point-of-sale app designed by Ms. Pham herself based on personal experience partnering with TH Art, LLC at the annual State Fair of Texas.  The app primarily targets fair/festival/event/flea market vendors, who prefer convenient mobile processing solutions with full inventory capabilities and without having to pay for processing devices/gadgets.
